Saksit Suetrong – Experienced and Knowledgeable Robotics Engineer

Saksit Suetrong is a robotics engineer in Murrieta, California. He has almost 15 years of experience in the robotics and engineering industry and a wealth of knowledge to boot. He worked for Ellison Technologies as a Robotics MT Engineer in Aftermarket Sales and has done since 2007. He is also the CEO of iA-Robotics, a company that he founded in 2008. He is known to be a reliable and trustworthy robotics engineer, who provides excellent customer service and delivers engineering services and solutions that exceed the expectations of clients.


Saksit Suetrong began his career in robotic engineering when he enrolled at ITT Technical Institute in 1998 in West Covina, California. He studied Electronics Engineering Technology and Automated Manufacturing Technology. In 2001, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He also completed a number of certification programs will at ITT. He is a certified TRUMPF Laser Integrator, a certified RENISHAW Laser Programmer, a certified MORI SEIKI CNC Machine Tool Integrator, a certified OSHA 10 hour general industry, and a certified FANUC Robotics Integrator and Programmer.


Saksit Suetrong’s first job in robotic engineering came with FANUC Robotics in 2002. He was employed as a Controls Engineer in their Software department from 2002 to 2006. He was responsible for a number of tasks including executing design tasks using AutoCAD and FANUC Robotics Slim Pro, design controls, panel layouts, and machine interfaces, and disassemble and reassemble robots to repair and replace defective circuits amongst other tasks.


Saksit Suetrong’s experience at FANUC Robotics allowed him to gain employment with Ellison Technologies in 2007. He is responsible for assisting engineering sales in creating concepts and proposals of robotic systems, developing and designing robotic interface for CNC machine tools, and integrating MORI SEIKI CNC machine tools and TRUMPF laser machines.


Not only did his experience in robotic engineering with FANUC Robotics help him gain employment with Ellis Technologies, it is also provided him with the requisite knowledge to start a company, which is exactly what he did in 2008. iA-Robotics identifies and develops robotic opportunities in the automation industry. They were named as the fastest growing tech area company by the City of Murrieta, California and were the recipients the Certificate of Congressional Recognition from the United States House of Representatives for Fastest Growing Firm.
